Alexandra Shipp

Alexandra Shipp has been a famous actress for a number of years. Born in Phoenix Arizona in the United States on July 16, 1991. She had a guest role in Victorious along with Victoria Justice in 2012. Shipp began her acting part as a young child on Alvin and the Chipmunks The Squeakquel, released in 2009. She went on to star on the Nickelodeon's third season mystery teen drama series House of Anubis playing the part as KT Rush. In 2014 Shipp received attention due to her performances as Dani Raymond in the VH1 television film sequel Drumline: A New Beat and Aaliyah Haughton in the lead role in the Lifetime TV movie Aaliyah the Princess of R&B. Shipp sang for the second performance. She also sang in Straight Outta Compton, a biographical drama, she tells the story of the hip-hop group N.W.A. In 2016, she appeared in Bryan Singer's superhero film X-Men: Apocalypse as Ororo Munroe/Storm who is a weather-controlling superhero which was previously played by Halle Berry. In 2018, Nick Robinson starred along with Jorge Lendeborg Jr. as Love Simon, while Kathryn Prescott appeared alongside Lucy Hale and Nick Robinson. Her brother is named James. She was Danielle Dani Raymond (a fictional character) in the TV film Drumline A New Beat from 2014. Alexandra Ruth Shipp born 16 July 1991 is a American performer and actress who gained fame for her portrayal of real-life singer Aaliyah along with Kimberly Woodruff respectively in Straight Outta Compton and Aaliyah The Princess of R&B, both on Lifetime.
