She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she studied ballet and acted in school plays. At the age of 16, she left school in order to make a career of acting. Taylor-Joy always knew that her dream was to become an actor. It was when she achieved that dream, Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management gave Taylor-Joy a modelling job.
