Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our family. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform, @annephung. I share my life- my highs, lows and all in between. I came to America with my parents and brother in the year 1990. At 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not here sharing my life to you, if not since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. So that they could give their children the chance to have a successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to get there. I believed that my future would unfold a certain way: graduate from college, land an executive position, get married and start with a family. Though I believed that this was the standard for success, life had different goals. The money and the status of my position didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn an income. My love of fitness and my passion for socializing with others led me to pursue a new career as a personal trainer. The year 2014 was the year I began my own business, and in the 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th year anniversary. In this field it is not a lot of Asian women. My goal in this industry is to create a more healthy and sustainable life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their dreams and do anything and everything they want to in life. In the beginning of my job, the passing of my mother was the greatest blow to my life. She won her eight year struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and heart at all times. It's amazing how the world can give us the exact instruction we require, even if we aren't aware of it. There are many ways that the loss of my mother affected me in many ways. It is my belief that she gave me another opportunity to be a part of her story after she passed away. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. It was her time to start a new chapter in her life as I was given the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. In my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I am living my life now, instead of merely living like I was in the past. My life is shared to you with the hope that you can resonate with my stories and thoughts for you to be aware that you're not alone, for you to know that you are more than capable of whatever that you can imagine. that true love exists that therapy is a necessity and normal as health is the most valuable asset. There is only one chance to live. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
